So uh. I sort of haven't updated with any substance since last week sometime, I think.
So okay! Tuesday -- I updated on Tuesday (the 16th) but not about this -- was the NHS induction ceremony. Thing. Got me out of the last half of the day and I got cake, so it was worth wearing the nice shirt and dress trousers. (Someone asked me if I was dressed like it for the honor society thing. I did not go o_O at him, and was proud of myself.)
Thursday was the luncheon, which was at Nat's school, and was fairly boring. There was ice cream, and bread, and stuffed shells, although not in that order. The principal gave me an award thingy, and a Recognition Paper or something. Also a pin for being in the top ten.
Well, that was the day. That evening Nat and I went to the Scholastic Achievement Recognition Dinner (I know that's what it's called because I remember SARD), where we received crystal bisons. The mayor was a wench and didn't show up! So the superintendent said something instead, and we got to leave early.
(Too many of the people there were from private/parochial/Catholic schools. There were SEVEN groups from BPS. Aie. And the other people from the school Kyle and Demetra and I were sitting with at the table said NOTHING the entire evening, and we were just talking the entire evening away. It was weird.)
Monday my AP English class went to the Richmond Speaking Contest, which was neat. One of the girls -- from City Honors, which sort of sucks -- was actually really really good. (She did something of Bill Cosby's.) Sadly, she did not win.
And today Victor and I presented our math project -- Buying Our First Car -- and then I went back to my seat and played with my sucky homemade silly putty some more.
And now I want it to be tomorrow, plz.

Love.
(Also we need to finish up the log one of these days, or else we're no better than we were. *nods*)

Lots.
(Very very true! Only not anytime soon, I think, as now you are Building Houses For People. And stuff.)
(Although depending on when you get back I may not have much school left.)
