Bright side of today: got an assignment book, the SpaceSaver things Grandma got me (hurrah lack of boxes), and mirrored sunglasses.

(Normally I do not wear sunglasses! However, in this case they mean that I have black jacket, gray undershirt, black pants, black hair dye -- Beth, you still willing to help me? *hopeful face* -- and mirrored sunglasses which are standing in for the optical implant thingers. And all I need now are black shoes, which I need for things besides Molly!costume.)

Not so bright side: the headache I woke up with didn't completely go away all day (hasn't, I should say, since I still have it), I am congested, the inside of my throat feels like it's bright red, and! My mom says that I have a fever. Actually, her words were "... you're burning up." Which means that she wants to take me to the doctor, which sucks because for one thing it's almost August and I should not feel this miserable, and for another thing I do not want to have to go to two different doctors in the same week.

(Although I don't mind my dentist. Or my doctor, really, even though as a graduation gift he sent me a copy of the New Testament in the mail. I just ... dislike having to go at all.)

The problem with black hair dye is that it Does Not Come Out.

So if you dye your hair black, it's... pretty much going to stay black, unless you find a miracle, in the form of black dye that actually washes out, at least Mostly.

Either way, if you want, I will help you dye your hair when you get in to Atlanta, yes. Make sure you wash it that day, not the night before, traveling will make your hair on the ickier side of things anyway.
