i've watched a thousand ships go by
IT'S SNOWING.
And! Not only is it snowing now, but it's been snowing basically all day, stubbornly and slowly, so all the horrid-looking slush is being coated with sparkly white powder.
It's actually quite lovely outside. Not from the living-room window, because right outside that is where the maintenance guys work so there are constant tire tracks being made, but from my window there's nothing but white. And a tree, with snow caught in its branches. It looks sort of like it ought to be late December (which makes sense, as it looked absolutely nothing like this in December).
AP Bio teacher agrees with us -- that's not originally what she said, but she ended up agreeing with us, and then for about five minutes class turned into a bitch-fest (as everything does, really, when she's mentioned) and AP Bio teacher told us that that is why you do not teach something you're unfamiliar with.
On a similar note, Hess' Law is my favorite thing ever.

alliterarytive; I'm going to be posting my thing in there sometime later tonight, after I've finished my P&P essay and done my AP Bio homework. There is a sad lack of postingness in it! You know you wanna fix that. You know you wanna.
