Right arm: still sore. Actually, more so than it was yesterday, and farther down my arm (by which I mean all the way to my wrist). Maybe when I'm out of college I'll invent a tetanus shot that doesn't do this. And while I'm at it I'll invent a better MMR shot. Or something.

Earlier today I discovered that I don't actually own the second Spyro game, which is very weird because I could swear I did. I remember despising the bosses. I do, however, have the third, which means I overwrote the one that was the least far along and started over earlier. Whee.

Namechange! From "socks is not the issue!" to "I'm the butler. I buttle, sir."

I am bored and out of books. Um. Rec me books? *hopeful face*

I often wonder where on earth your names come from. Is this one Jeeves? No, probably not, but STILL the wonder BURNS.

Books books books: Uh. I'll rec you Umberto Eco, because ... I think you might like him? Specifically, Foucault's Pendulum is the one I have a crush on right now. Failing that, in an entirely different style, Carol Goodman, The Drowning Tree.

Gah. I suck . This has been sitting in my inbox woefully. Try James Barclay - superior mercenary fantasy. I'd also recommend Black Swan by Mercedes Lackey - it's not exactly grown up but it's fun. Hummm. Also, I adore Diana Gabaldon. Again, not intellectually superior, and lots of sex, but mmmm. And The Eyre Affair is awesome.

Oh, oh, and Ash: A Secret History by Mary Gentle. I remember it being mind-bogglingly good and deep and complex. And it's huge. Aaaaand if you haven't read The Princess Bride, you should.
